what a week

We're going on a family reunion this week. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone. Can I still be worried about how things will go when I'm not here? DH will not be able to come (nursing school) so he's in charge of the chickens and the garden. I hope they're all still alive when I get back. The garden is in its crazy state. Beans are coming in abundance. He's not that interested in the homesteading stuff so as long as he keeps everything alive I'll be happy. I'm even turning over my soap stand to some friends. I hope it goes ok for them. I'm purposely cutting back so they don't have to deal with so much. They'll just be selling soap and lip balms, that's it.
